The artist sat and painted this one
afternoon on Whoopee Island.
This old hermit’s hut was in the
center of the now very overgrown
island. A great horned owl, which
was nesting on Whoopee at the
time, sat watching the artist paint.
Items dating back to the 1970’s
were found in the hut.
